Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy has a 30-day window. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

There are circumstances where only partial refunds are granted, such as if a book shows obvious signs of use, or if a CD, DVD, software, or other media has been opened. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are also eligible for partial refunds. Returns made more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

If the purchased item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. In such cases, a gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receiving the returned item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed accordingly.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
